1) Broadly classified as low sperms or no sperms
2) Azoospermia-No sperms in semen
3) Azoospermia are 2 types
4) A} -Obstructive Azoospermia-sperm is produced in testes but spermatic cord is obstructed
5) Treatment is ICSI(intracytoplasmic sperm injection)
6) B} -Nonobstructive Azoospermia-testes fail to produce sperms
7) Rx -Testicular biopsy TESE/TESA may or may not yield sperms.
8) Donor sperms is the solution if testis shows absence of sperms
9) FSH n LH levels are high in nonobstructive azoospermia
10) ICSI is treatment of choice in case of low sperm count ie Oligozoospermia
