Does Meditation Improves Fertility

Feelings of inadequacy make a couple feel isolated from the rest of the world and to each other at a time when they need more support than ever before. Studies show that meditation and meditation can enhance our compassion and kindness and can save a husband and wife from many conflicts and misunderstandings.

● Meditation Increases Compassion.
It is very difficult for you during their birth journey and the constant feature seen in these couples is to blame their bodies for not working properly and to blame their minds for not being smart enough to find solutions to their birth. As you learn to meditate, it is obvious that they are gentle with themselves and as a result others. Studies support this with data showing that meditation is associated with empathy, stress management, and positive inner communication.

Responses from different couples of fertility treatment showed that they felt much better and more balanced while exercising during childbirth treatment. Therefore, patients should start doing anything with more imagination, for example, when they travel, they should focus on what they see, hear and smell, rather than relinquish their final cycle in their minds, or worry about a childless future.

In another study of women undergoing IVF, it was found that anxiety and depression had a negative effect on fertility.

Another birth control bonus is the start of a new practice that helps you to control your thoughts, which is the first step in showing your pregnancy.

● Meditation lowers Cortisol levels
Studies have shown that stress is linked to reduced fertility in both men and women. One of the body’s main anti-flight hormones is cortisone. Stress stimulates the production of the hormone cortisol, and its high levels cause damage to the endocrine system. When it comes to fertility, cortisol reduces the monthly increase of Luteinizing Hormone, which is responsible for causing egg maturation and thus interfering with egg production.

Meditation has often been shown to lower cortisol levels and has been shown to restore ovulation in many women who experience Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (a condition in which mens and ovulation stop completely due to excessive mental or physical stress).

● Meditation lowers the level of Prolactin
Reproductive pressure raises the levels of Prolactin, a hormone that inhibits egg production during lactation. Therefore, reproduction is at risk due to Anovulation

● Meditation Reduces Insulin Resistance
Insulin resistance contributes to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), which may address cases of infertile women.

Insulin resistance is one of the major barriers to pregnancy. Meditation has been shown to reduce insulin resistance. The exact mechanism of this effect is unknown, but it may be related to the adverse effect of cortisol on glucose uptake during stressful times.

● Meditation Improves Hormone Balance
Cortisol precursor is similar to progesterone, one of the major female reproductive hormones. When we are stressed, our bodies can have a hard time adapting to the need for cortisol. To make the opening, they begin to steal this hormone away from the progesterone production line and block it from making more cortisol. The result – low progesterone and high cortisol – is a very bad combination for women trying to conceive.

Low progesterone prevents the fetus from concentrating properly on the lining of the uterus and is one of the major contributors to premature pregnancy. By lowering the levels of basal cortisol, meditation can have a profound effect on the hormonal balance of fertility, improving the chances of a healthy pregnancy.
